Singer and screen star Julie Anne San Jose has a tight, sometimes strenuous, schedule to follow. But when people see her, especially during her recently concluded Limitless musical trilogy, she shows no signs of stress, aging, or skin problems.

Julie Anne San Jose is the new face of Aqua Skin

She also believes that managing stress and staying optimistic is relevant to her overall health because her mind is as important as her body.

It’s undeniable that Julie Anne is a woman who’s always on the go, and for that, she makes it a habit to always stay healthy. Like many of us who want to maintain good health, the Kapuso star stays hydrated, eats a balanced diet, and gets seven to eight hours of sleep to feel refreshed.

“Kapag minsan kasi busy tayo with everyday tasks, minsan nakakalimutan na din natin ‘yong mga sarili natin. It’s really important for us to take care of our health in all aspects and not just in a physical way but also emotional, mental, and spiritual,” Julie Anne said during the AquaBizCon for the health and wellness brand Aqua Skin.

Julie Anne’s healthy glowing skin is a result of her self-care that focuses on overall health

Each person manifests stress differently from the other. It could affect their physical well-being and mental performance and even interfere with daily interactions.

Despite the possible causes of stress from daily activities, Julie Anne practices grace under pressure.

“Take one step at a time and eventually magagawa naman natin lahat ng kailangan nating gawin,” Asia’s Limitless Star said.

She added that it also helps to stay motivated through difficult times and pat one’s self on the back for even small successes.

Lastly, Julie Anne remains optimistic because she knows how smiles can be contagious and how a positive mindset can attract great opportunities.

Aside from following a holistic wellness routine and preserving her mental well-being, Julie Anne also believes in the power of supplements and vitamins.

One beauty supplement she recently discovered and swore by is Aqua Skin—a Japanese brand focused on producing top-notch and premium beauty and wellness products containing the finest and most sought-after active ingredients from Japan.

Julie Anne is the newest member of the Aqua Skin family and adores the brand’s Amino Collagen Powder. Aqua Skin developed its Amino Collagen Powder from a premium and leading ingredient, Ceramide, which gives skin a fair and youthful glow by improving acne-prone skin, rejuvenating the skin, protecting the skin’s barrier against free radicals, and promoting ultimate moisture within the skin.

The Kapuso star also loves that Aqua Skin’s Amino Collagen Powder is easy to incorporate into any diet or regimen because it’s tasteless and mixes well into any hot, cold, or yogurt drink. She shared that she recommends it to friends, family, and loved ones to boost their confidence and support their overall health.

Other products from Aqua Skin include Glutathione capsules, a whitening soap (Aqua Skin Tsubaki Soap), and a beauty and wellness drink (Aqua Skin Kagayaki Drink).

A positive mindset, skincare regimen, and protecting her overall health are Julie Anne’s secrets to maintaining fair, glowing skin that gives her the confidence boost to be the Asia’s Limitless Star the public genuinely adores.
