Following the launch of its hand-sliced lechon baka in June, Cebu’s beloved Rico’s Lechon brings its meaty, tender, smoky offering to more people as it is now available in frozen food packs.
Rico’s Frozen Lechon Baka comes in Junior Size Original (250g) for P350 and Fiesta Size Original (600g) priced at P810. Those who prefer their lechon baka with a kick, the spicy flavor is available for both sizes, at P380 and P870.
To enjoy the beef dish, the brand recommends dipping it in its house-blend vinegar Suka Lami or transform it into lime lechon baka in tausi sauce with ampalaya, or stir-fried chili garlic lechon baka, or a savory Philly cheesesteak-inspired sandwich.
It is the latest from Rico’s line of ready-to-eat frozen food packs, which includes Lechon Baboy, Dinuguan Special, Lechon Paksiw, Lechon Sisig, Lechon Pares, Lechon Binagoongan, and Lechon Humba.
