Five-star hotel Grand Hyatt Manila now delivers a la carte dishes and set menu items from its three in-house dining establishments. 

“Whether it be for family dinners, birthdays, corporate meetings, virtual events, coffee breaks, or to simply satisfy sweet cravings, Grand Hyatt Manila delivers exceptional menus that truly live up to the standards of world-class dining,” the Bonifacio Global City-based hotel said in a statement.

Dubbed Dine At Home, the menu includes 14 set meals for one that each comes with appetizer, main course, dessert, and soda from The Grand Kitchen, No. 8 China House, and Florentine. Prices range from P1,500 to P1,750 net. 

Grand Hyatt says the set menus are ideal for corporate meetings or virtual events; a minimum of 10 orders is required.

Appetizers in the set meals include grilled chicken, caesar salad, heirloom tomato salad, soto ayam, tuna tataki salad, hot and sour soup, miso soup, greek salad, nicoise salad, cream of chicken soup, cream of tomato soup, and seafood chowder.

Entrées are slow-cooked pork belly with beer teriyaki glaze, porchetta, crispy fried chicken, Indonesian beef rendang, curry udon noodles and chicken breast, wok fried beef with steamed jasmine rice, tonkatsu, pan roasted sea bass, barbecue braised beef, braised beef cheeks, chicken kiev, crispy pork schnitzel, wok fried pomfret, and roast chicken breast.

Meanwhile, the “feast for six” set menus are perfect for family celebrations at home. The Dine At Home lineup consists of two set menus featuring Western cuisine, two Chinese set meals, and one Vegan set menu. 

Selections among the three cuisines include roasted pumpkin soup, seafood chowder, caesar salad, braised crabmeat soup, and hot and sour chicken soup for appetizers. Main course options are vegan lasagna, slow-smoked barbecue beef brisket, roasted butterball turkey, traditional peking duck, and crispy lemon chicken.

The Vegan and Western menus also come with desserts such as whole vegan chocolate brownie, strawberry cheesecake, and chocolate cake. Prices range from P6,000 to P11,988 net.

For busy offices, production teams, and other frontline workers who continue to serve customers day in and day out, Grand Hyatt Manila offers three sets of filling snacks, each composed of salad, pastry, fruit cup or yogurt, and soda or iced tea. 

Rounding out the delivery menu are seven cakes from Florentine, including Whole Vegan Chocolate Brownie, Chocolate Mocha, Strawberry Cheesecake, Hazelnut Profiterole, Honey Dulce De Leche, Strawberry-Raspberry Shortcake, and the Signature Almond Florentine.

The menu is available daily from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Advance order of 72 hours for set menus and 48 hours for feast for six is required. Order via bit.ly/DineAtHomeGHM.

Delivery is free for customers within BGC. Those located outside the business district can arrange their preferred courier service or pick up at the hotel’s main driveway from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
