Can’t remember what you are thankful for?
Walls bedecked with hundreds of post-its expressing gratitude are currently mounted in Ayala Malls to encourage everyone to shift perspectives on everyday difficulties.
The Gratitude Wall gives mall-goers freedom to say what they have to say that would enliven their spirits and uplift others who see it. The wall of thank you’s is part of the malls’ in-mall activities this February.
To further help build the habit of gratitude, Ayala Malls also hosts weekly initiatives such as Mindful Mondays (remembering those who made an impact and helped others), Thank You Tuesdays (tagging a friend whose presence has been a blessing), Thoughtful Thursdays (surprising mall-goers with a treat for two to a meal or drink or a surprise from a retail store).
