Bold, brave, and beautiful

That is how the Hilton Hotels and Resorts in the Philippines, Malaysia, and Sri Lanka describe the female gender in their worldwide celebration of International Women’s Day, honoring women everywhere for their unwavering spirit and strength.

Naturally, Conrad Manila, Hilton Hotel’s luxury brand, has come up with its own celebration which is ongoing until the end of the month. This includes various activities that honor and uplift women, including power lunches, special cocktails, and spa packages.

The hotel’s General Manager, Fabio Berto, believes that a woman’s touch has the ability to transform anything into something magical, significant, and impactful.  The hotel management wants to show its appreciation and gratitude to all women for their thoughtful contributions to society.

The award-winning Conrad Spa is currently offering discounts on special wellness treatments for guests’ pampering and rejuvenation.  Every spa purchase this month comes with a complimentary one-hour personal training voucher from the Fitness Center, worth P1,500.  At the C Lounge, two cocktail mixes are made available to the ladies—“Be My Candy,” made with Aperol, Prosecco and Cotton Candy, and “Darna,” made with Coconut Jelly, Coconut Water, Mango, Hibiscus Syrup, Vodka, and Rosemary Infusion.

At the other end of Roxas Boulevard, The Manila Hotel invites women and their mates to have “A Taste of Japan.”

On March 15, a Wednesday, the hotel’s Champagne Room hosts an evening of epicurean journey with its exclusive Saga-gyu dinner paired with bespoke wine. Only for dinner that day, the fine dining restaurant will have a 7-course dinner, featuring dishes curated by a guest chef from Japan, Hiroki Samata – a classically-trained chef and master butcher whose impeccable knife skills are admired by many.

Chef Samata will exhibit his culinary creativity with a menu that puts the spotlight on Saga-gyu beef, one of the world’s most revered delicacies.  Saga beef cows live a life of comfort and luxury, nurtured through expert breeding techniques, and are free to relish the infinite beauty of Saga’s natural surroundings. As a result, the cows produce a perfect balance of fat marbled in lean meat, known as “glossy marbling,” which is the key to its melt-in-the-mouth texture and unparalleled flavor.

To make the dining experience more enjoyable, the hotel partners with Titania Wine Cellar for wine pairing, using the latter’s extensive range of quality wines.  Seats are limited to 40 persons so reservations are a must and may be made through (+632) 85270011 or (+632) 53015500 locals 1262-1266, 1300 or message restaurantrsvn@themanilahotel.com or r.champagneroom@themanilahotel.com.
