On February 07, 2016, eve of the New Year, hanging Chinese lanterns and red flowers are sure to delight visitors of all ages. Take part in the revelry as the Hotel holds a colorful Dragon’s Eye Dotting Ceremony complete with a special lion and dragon dance while having cocktails at the Grand Lobby. Enjoy an authentic Cantonese dinner lauriat with family, friends, and business partners as one savors the mouthwatering dishes prepared by Chef Sun Bing of the Mabuhay Palace.

World-renowned Feng Shui expert Master Joseph Chau Kam Shing together with his son, Master Vittorio Chau will share their fortune predictions of the Year for the Fire Monkey.  Each ticket entitles guests a copy of Master Joseph Chau’s book, Feng Shui Essentials, a collection of daily advice and predictions leading to good luck and fortune. The book is believed to help readers in planning life’s events through horoscopes corresponding to their respective zodiac or animal signs.

A celebration will not be complete without a fireworks display. In ancient Chinese, fireworks are used to drive away the evil in China.
