A Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) has been awarded by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for the four courses of Computer Studies Department of the University of Caloocan City (UCC) – South.
The programs awarded with COPC by CHED include BS Computer Science, BS Information Technology, BS Information Systems, and BS Entertainment and Multimedia Computing.
Based on CHED Memorandum Order (CMO) No. 14, the COPC is awarded to universities that comply with departmental policies, standards, and rules to ensure the quality education it provide to students.
UCC Officer-in-Charge Administrator lawyer Rene Salazar give thanks for the invaluable support of Caloocan Mayor Oscar “Oca” Malapitan to the university and its students.
“Even amidst a pandemic, Mayor Oca showed his unrelenting support to the students and faculties,” Salazar said.
Among the benefits available to students under COPC-awarded programs is the qualification to apply to the Student Financial Assistance Program.
