Manila builds 4 more quarantine centers

More quarantine facilities are now being constructed in the City of Manila to cater to persons who are suspected or probable of being infected with COVID-19, Mayor Francisco ‘Isko’ Domagoso said on Thursday.

Four quarantine facilities have already been built amid the COVID19 pandemic in the nation’s capital.

The following quarantine facilities are currently being used by patients who tested positive in the rapid test or have been reported to have symptoms of COVID-19: Delpan Quarantine Facility, Araullo High School, Tondo High School, and T. Paez Elementary School.

The local government is targeting to open eight more facilities in the nation’s capital. The Arellano High School quarantine facility is scheduled for turn-over on Thursday afternoon.
