Isabela Rep. Go receives plaque from PNP Chief Acorda

Rep. Ed Christopher S. Go of the 2nd Legislative District in the province of Isabela recently received the Philippine National Police Plaque through PNP Chief PGen Benjamin Acorda Jr. on the 32nd Anniversary of the Police Security and Protection Group (PSPG) in Camp BGen Rafael T. Crame, Quezon City on May 10.

This award was in recognition of Go’s persistent support and contribution to the programs of the PNP PSPG.

“I committed to remain in support of the PNP’s programs and projects during my conversation with PNP Chief PGen Benjamin Acorda Jr.,” Go added

Acorda was the presiding officer during the PSPG 32nd Anniversary celebration, where Rep. Go was among the civilian recipients of the prestigious citation.

The PSPG, led by Brigadier General Antonio C. Yarra, a fellow graduate of Gen. Acorda of the Philippine Military Academy’s “Sambisig” Class of 1991, was praised for its dedication to maintaining public safety and security.

On its 32nd anniversary, themed “Serbisyong Nagkakaisa: Ang Pangkaligtasang Pananggalang Hatid ay Malasakit, Ugnayan, at Kapayapaan para sa Kaunlaran,” PSPG’s commitment to public safety and security through service, compassion, unity, and peace-building was emphasized.
