The Pampanga Street Food (PSF) is located along the Cardinal Santos road near the 2.21 kilometres length parade ground of the former American base which was abandoned in 1992 due to the rejection of the Philippines Senate extension of the Military Bases Agreement followed by the eruption of Mt.Pinatubo in June 15,1991.
