The City Government of Caloocan, led by Mayor Dale Gonzalo “Along” Malapitan announced the allotment of 10 new mobile patrols to the Caloocan City Police during the conduct of its regular Peace and Order Council (POC) meeting, where the different council members shared their 2022 accomplishments on Tuesday, January 17.

During the said meeting, the local chief executive commended the Caloocan City Police Station (CCPS) for their hard work in successfully lowering the crime index of the city to up to 5.49% and for arresting 830 wanted persons. Mayor Along Malapitan also applauded their initiative to provide lunch money or “baon” to young students referred to them by the pastors in the city.

Likewise, he expressed his gratitude for their coordination with the local government, schools and churches which only proved their hard work and selfless service. He also announced that the city government will be allocating ten mobile patrols to the CCPS.

CCPS Chief Of Police PCol Ruben Lacuesta thanked Mayor Along Malapitan for his unwavering support in providing the needs of both police force and civilians. He mentioned that the mobile patrols to be alloted for their station will greatly contribute to their operations and that they will continue to strive in giving excellent and reliable service to the community.

Lacuesta stated.

Mayor Along Malapitan also called for the cooperation of all council members to perform at their best in order to make the city safer and more peaceful place to live in. He also stated that the City Government is always ready to find ways to help in providing their needs to continuously uplift the quality of service for the public.
