This is part of the local chief executive’s promise to bring the government services closer to the communities, especially for the taxpayers and business owners.

According to the City Treasurer’s Office, the said establishments shall cater to the following services:

—Payment of Real Property Tax
—Renewal of Business Permit and payment of Business Tax
—Registration of new business
—Receipt of application for Building/Occupancy Permit
—Receipt of application and processing of Zoning Clearance

—Payment of other fees and charges

City Treasurer Analiza Mendiola assured the public that the satellite centers shall process documents and payments in real time and the payment records shall be reflected in the city’s database.

The said one-stop-shops shall be open from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Mayor likewise emphasized that taxpayers also have the freedom to pay online through the GCash payment portal at caloocancity.gov.ph, aligned with the city’s efforts to digitalize its processes and to encourage new businesses to invest.
