The Home Development Mutual Fund recently recognized Ovialand Inc. as one of the top PAG-IBIG Fund accredited developers in South Luzon for 2021.
The award was given in line with Building Adequate, Livable, Affordable, and Inclusive Filipino communities (BALAI), the national government’s shelter program that envisions strong family togetherness and sustainable communities nationwide “We are grateful for our partnership with PAG-IBIG Fund,” said Pammy Olivares-Vital, president of Ovialand, said.
“They have made homeownership easy and accessible for all their members—especially during the time of the pandemic when many Filipinos desired security and stability in their own homes.”
Ovialand currently has a presence in Batangas, Laguna, and Quezon.
In Batangas, Ovialand launched Terraza de Sto.Tomas in 2014.
Overall, Ovialand now has 2,500 house and lot units for its housing portfolio in Laguna.
