DMCI Homes recently launched Alder Residences, its newest residential development inside Acacia Estates, to continue catering to start-up families in the city.
Situated in Taguig City, Acacia Estates has been home to over 8,000 families living in various themed subdivisions and condominium communities since the mid-2000s.
The four-building development—Andea, Manzuria, Oregon and Sylvan—will have a sprawling private outdoor space that covers half of the 2.9-hectare land area.
The modern artisanal architecture-themed development features spacious 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom unit cuts ranging from 64.5 to 121 square meters (sq. m) to accommodate residents’ work-from-home and homeschooling needs. The property is targeted for occupancy starting with the Andea building in June 2024.
