New I-Land condo project in BF Parañaque focuses on earth-friendly dwelling

ISOC Land, Inc. (I-Land) recently broke ground its residential development in Sucat, Parañaque, which promises to meet not just the needs of young families, but also fulfill their aspirations for sustainable dwelling.

Rising at the gateway to the South, providing convenient access to workplaces, airport and shopping centers, I-Land Residences is envisioned to change the real estate landscape in the area.

Compared to other condominium developments in the vicinity, I-Land provides a nurturing park living in an urban sanctuary. It has a plethora of amenities suited for the lifestyle of its residents. 60% of the land area has been utilized for open spaces and greenery.

“Sucat is fast becoming the choice of residence, especially of many Makati and Manila office workers, who either wish to start building their families or just become independent. Nonetheless, they want a place to live in that espouses sustainable living,” said ISOC Group Chairman Michael Cosiquien.

A green-inspired building is one that either eliminates the negative impacts or creates positive impacts on the environment.

This can be achieved through the efficient use of energy and water resources, the use of renewable energy, and the use of non-toxic materials in construction among others. Natural light and air circulation were also taken into consideration for design.

“When we factor in the environment in our investment, it becomes more meaningful because of the long-term benefits our stakeholders can reap. This is why from our very first project, we have been fully committed to constructing properties that are sustainable,” he added.

Apart from prioritizing sustainability, the property is also strategically located near several groceries and malls with transport terminals of UV express vans to the Makati CBD, Pasay City, and Manila. Jeepneys traversing the Baclaran-Sucat route are also easily available.

Local government services are also within reach as the Paranaque City Hall is just a kilometer away. The San Antonio De Padua parish church is also a walk away from city hall. Schools and other residential communities within the Sucat and Alabang areas are likewise a few kilometers away.

For frequent travelers, the Ninoy Aquino International Airport are within easy reach. And for those who wish to visit their departed loved ones, the Manila Memorial Park and Loyola Memorial Park are within the area.

I-Land, the real estate arm of ISOC Holdings, is backed by an experienced team of experts in the property development industry led by Cosiquien.

Other projects in the pipeline include those in EDSA Cloverleaf area in Quezon City; Makati City; Ortigas Center, Pasig City; and I-Land Clark, Neo a seven-hectare premium integrated resort and leisure complex inside the Clark Special Economic Zone in Pampanga.
