International service residence operator Ascott Limited recently set up house in the northern part of Manila. Citadines Millennium Ortigas, aptly named since it is just a few steps away from Ortigas’ corporate row, offers 293 contemporary apartments that cater to young business executives and couples on holiday exploring the city. It also lays out various choices of units ranging from studio to one-, two- and three-bedroom serviced units. Citadines Millennium Ortigas Manila is managed by The Ascott Limited.  At the project’s launch were (second from right) Arthur Gindap, regional general manager for Philippines and Thailand; (middle) Elsie Chua, CEO and President of CDC Holdings; (from left) Glenn Magalang, residence manager of Citadines Millennium Ortigas; Richie Sayson-Cua, senior manager; and Charlene Chua, COO and SVP for sales and marketing of CDC Holdings.
