RLC Residences and its standout properties bagged awards in this year’s design and development categories at the recently held 9th PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Philippines).
The four-tower Magnolia Residences in New Manila, Quezon Cty emerged as winner in the Best Mega Mixed-Use Architectural Design category.
The Sapphire Bloc and Galleria Residences Cebu were recognized for Best High-End Condo Development in Metro Manila and Metro Cebu, respectively.
SYNC and The Residences at The Westin Manila Sonata Place (Shown in photo) were also acknowledged for the Best Condo Architectural Design and Best Condo Interior Design categories.
