SM City Yangzhou, a project of Southeast Asian property developer SM Group, was recently awarded the Golden Coordinate of “Annual Highly-Anticipated Commercial Real Estate Project” at the 16th China Commercial Real Estate Festival.
SM City Yangzhou, located on the west side of Guangling section of Beijing Hangzhou Grand Canal, is the main shopping center of the first large-scale complex in “Ten Mile Bund”.
The Golden Coordinate awards, given annually to discover popular projects in Chinese real estate, are selected through data analysis, and on-site evaluation conducted by industry professionals, and the media.
Ronald Allan Brosas, senior assistant vice president-operations of SM China, received the award on behalf of SM (shown in photo).
“Yangzhou is a famous historical city with profound cultural deposits,” Brosas said. “With more than 60 years of expertise in retail and 30 years of shopping center operation, SM group is looking forward to bringing fashion and culture to the project.”
