Farming, tourism hub to rise in Davao

Damosa Land Inc. (DLI) recently launched a mixed-use, agri-focused development, Agriya, in Panabo City, Davao Del Norte.

Just 30 minutes away from Davao City, the “agropolis” is envisioned to become the next prime agri-tourism address, composed of a nine-hectare residential, 24-hectare commercial, nine-hectare agri tourism, and another nine-hectare institutional component, occupying 40-hectares of the property for its first phase. Agriya is DLI’s latest township which aims to strengthen the region’s tourism growth.
