Property developer Primex Corporation recently broke ground for Primex Tower, a 50-storey office project at the Greenhills commercial district in San Juan City.
Projected to be the tallest building in the city, Primex Tower will rise on a 1,944-sqm corner lot, bounded by EDSA, Connecticut Street, and Florida Street.
It will incorporate design features that are in line with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards.
