The Gateway Group recently opened a Hyundai dealership that adopts a new-look design in Pasong Tamo, Makati. The showroom, built by JAS Design & Build Development Corporation , uses new materials including LED panels for aesthetics, features spacious areas that accommodate four display vehicles, including an electric vehicle, complete with 3 charging stations in the parking, service, and showroom areas (shown in photo), with a comfortable lounge for customers.
JAS has been building Hyundai showrooms in the Asia Pacific region. The Pasong Tamo showroom is the biggest completed project undertaken by the company, and several others are lined up for facilities in Pasay and Camarines Sur, on top of ongoing projects in North EDSA, and Malolos, Bulacan.
“JAS is a combination design, construction, project and property management and renovation company that offers services through value engineering and state of the art technology,” said JAS President Alvin Lu, who manages the company together with Jean Henri Lhuillier as Chairman,. The latter is also President/CEO of the PJ Lhuillier Group of Companie.
On the resorts side of its portfolio, JAS is working on the UNWIND boutique hotels in Makati, Camiguin, Siargao, El Nido and Coron in Palawan.
