Developer Ridgewood Towers Premier recently announced the opening of the project’s last two floors to aspiring homeowners.
The address, just across Bonifacio Global City (BGC), is in its final construction stages and on track for its scheduled turnover by July 2023.
Alfonso Keh Jr., chief operating officer of C-5 Mansions Development Corp., revealed that the project is attracting more interest as Ridgewood Towers Premier nears completion, thus the opening of the entire last remaining two floors: 18th and 19th.
Newly available units at Ridgewood Towers Premier are priced at about half of the prevailing rates for comparable projects in the immediate vicinity, which, a quick scan reveals, run at about P240,000 per square meter.
“While the unit costs are more affordable, they are by no means smaller,“ Keh pointed out. “One-bedroom units are between 24.80 sq.m. to 32.80 sq.m. Meanwhile, buyers can also enjoy bigger rooms for their creature comforts with a two-bedroom unit, which measures 55.72 sq.m.”
