AboitizLand’s Seafront Residences recently launched its model beach home in San Juan, Batangas, opening the doors to those seeking for the perfect seaside sanctuary.
Designed by architecture firm Budji+Royal, this 3-bedroom, 100-sq. m. house rests on a 200 sq. m. lot with elements inspired by true seaside living. It features generous spaces that extend all the way from the living area to a patio transformed into a lanai, a balcony that comes with a view of the diamond park and an azotea that looks out into Tayabas Bay and the balcony in the master’s bedroom.

Seafront Residences is a 43-hectare beach community that offers a variety of residential units: house and lots, lots only and villas (beach condominiums).
It also features amenities such as diamond parks and a clubhouse designed by Budji+Royal and a soon-to-rise town center that offers retail and F&B options for its vecinos. “Vecinos” is a spanish term for “neighbors” and this is what AboitizLand calls their homeowners.

Since its launch last 2017, the property value of a house unit in Seafront Residences has more than doubled. Early investors are now enjoying as much as a 295% value escalation of their beach property. Currently, houses and lots start at Php 10 million, residential lots start at Php 4.6 million while beach condominiums start at Php 6.8 million.
