Davao-based property developer Damosa Land, Inc. (DLI) recently launched Bridgeport, a sprawling 13-hectare low-density marina development in Davao.
Located in Caliclic island, Samal, the mixed-use development is the real estate and agro-industrial developer’s latest project, inspired by the US East Coast community, featuring low-density condominium buildings, premium open lots, a condotel, commercial area and events place, and a marina.
“Bridgeport offers a scenic waterfront location, also brings in investment opportunities given its strategic location and distinct lifestyle experience,” said Ricardo F. Lagdameo, president of Damosa Land, Inc.
Other projects of the company include Damosa Diamond Tower, Damosa Land’s 17-story tower that showcases sustainable green architecture designs; the agritourism component of Agriya, Naturetainment, which is an attraction that will allow children and adults to experience nature and farm life; and the Anflo Industrial Estate, a 63-hectare Special Economic Zone.
