San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora leads city officials in a wreath laying ceremony during the celebration of the 125th Pinaglabanan Day at the Pinaglabanan Shrine in San Juan City and as part of the festivities for National Heroes Day. The night before, 3,380 solar-powered lights illuminated the grounds of the shrine to form the image of national hero Andres Bonifacio (below), done through the partnership of the Local Government and the Liter of Light Foundation.
