All-important ID

Residents of several barangays in Navotas City have already completed the first step in the national ID registration as the city government and the Philippine Statistics Authority have started the biometric enrolment of Navoteños in the Philippine Identification System. PSA targets all Filipinos to enrol in the all-important national ID which is intended to facilitate transactions with state agencies.
