In this photo taken Wednesday, Burnham Park in Baguio City looks pretty and ready to welcome tourists for the coming Holy Week. But the city has suspended accepting tourists from Metro Manila and the provinces of Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna and Rizal from March 22 to April 4, as part of the restrictions to help in containing the spread of the coronavirus disease 2019.
