Philippine National Police Chief Gen. Debold Sinas hands over an Israel-made Galil automatic rifle to Central Luzon police director BGen. Valeriano De Leon at the Camp Olivas grounds in San Fernando, Pampanga on Monday. The firearms will boost the PNP’s firepower against crime groups and terrorists, Sinas said.
