Skills competition opening

Labor Secretary Bienvenido Laguesma (left) and  Director General Danilo Cruz of the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) yesterday lead the opening of the 2023 Philippine National Skills Competition (PNSC) that serves as a venue to recognize the skills excellence of young industry-skilled workers and graduates of technical vocational schools and training centers.
