GCash Scammers Gallery The National Bureau of Investigation Cybercrime Division (NBI-CCD) on Monday, March 27 presented four arrested individuals that are selling fraudulent Gcash accounts. According to the NBI, the arrested individuals were engaged in trafficking Gcash accounts and allegedly operating within the vicinity of Quezon City and Tondo, Manila.
