The Navotas City government sustains its pro-people project called Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation (AICS) the funds of which were sourced from Navotas Rep. Toby Tiangco as coursed through the Department of Social Welfare and Development-National Capital Region (DSWD-NCR). About 270 individuals received financial assistance for their medical needs such as maintenance medicine, dialysis, and treatment for cancer.
