Emperador Properties listing

Emperador Properties, the personal investment company owned by tycoon Dr. Andrew Tan, is officially listed at the BME Growth in Madrid, Spain to become the first and only Filipino company to be listed in the Spanish Stock Exchange. Emperador Properties owns the 35-story Torre Caleido Shopping Center and the 57-story Torre Emperador Castellana in Madrid and the 23-story Torre Diagonal One in Barcelona—the latter two being listed as the company’s official REIT assets.
