CitySavings-DAR agreement

City Savings Bank, the thrift bank subsidiary of Union Bank of the Philippines and a member of the Aboitiz Group, signs a memorandum of agreement with the Department of Agrarian Reform to offer a salary loan facility to DAR employees nationwide.
