Senate President and Commission on Appointments (CA) chair Vicente C. Sotto III gave Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) Chief of Staff Gen. Andres Centino a fist bump after his ad interim appointment was confirmed by the CA on Wednesday, January 26.
