Scholarships from RCM-Dualtech

Rotary Club of Manila chair Bobby Joseph, RCM president Felix Francisco S. Zaldarriaga,(in coat) Rotary and Dualtech Training Center president Arnolfo S. Mofre signed a memorandum of agreement to launch the “RCM-Dualtech Scholarship Program. Officials of the organization witnessed the contract signing at the Dualtech Center Assembly Hall.
