Mountain festival

The 15th Lang-ay festival, a celebration of music and dances, is jointly celebrated by nine municipalities of the Mountain Provinces where they showcase their traditional chants, music and dances clad in their traditional ethnic fineries in the capital town of Bontoc. The Mountain Provinces celebrates its 52nd foundation Year. “‹
