Proclamation rallies for the May 13 local elections started in earnest over the weekend. In Makati, Senator Nancy Binay raises the hands of ‘Team Be Nice’ candidates, led by her brother, mayoralty candidate Junjun Binay, on Saturday. In Mandaluyong, senatorial candidate Francis Tolentino joins hands with the ‘Team Performance’ of incumbent Mayor Menchu Abalos. And in Dasmariñas, Cavite, Senator Cynthia Villar stumps for Team Dasma led by Cavite Rep. Pidi Barzaga, and other candidates for the provincial board and city council.
