Cagayan Governor Manuel N. Mamba (second from left) welcomes the Boodlers and Bikers Club of Retired Generals from Northern Luzon accompanied by the 5th Infantry Division in Gamu, Isabela on Monday. Among the bikers were Gen. Maclang, Suzette Maclang, Gen. Dela Cruz, Gen. Morales, Edith Morales, Gen. Ochoa, Gen. Javier, Col. Ongchangko, Col. Andaya, Col. Goseco, Laarni Goseco, Col. Lustina, Atty. Binalia, Dennis Salvador, Bing Favis Jr., Chito Sunga, and Dodong Torreson.
