K-PAD opens

The City of Santa Rosa has launched the Korean-Police Assistance Desk or K-PAD initiated by the City Government headed by Mayor Dan Fernandez (third from right). Arlene Arcillas (center) Calabarzon Police Regional Director Chief Supt. Ma. O Aplasca, Korean Ambassador Kim Je Shim, and Kang Chang Ik, president of the Korean community in Nuvali, Santa Rosa City. Police in Santa Rosa assured the security and protection of the Korean Community in the city through these desks. Roy Tomandao
