No to ROTC

Student groups led by Alyansa Contra Mandatory ROTC and Samahan ng Progresibong Kabataan (SPARK) hold protest actions at the Senate grounds calling on the senators to reject all bills advocating for the revival of a mandatory Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC).
