Sprucing up the Peole Power Monument

Department of Public Works and Highways workers give the People’s Power Monument on the historic E. de los Santos Avenue in Quezon City a dapper look by changing the old Philippine flag with a new one in preparation for the 37th anniversary observance of the ostensibly bloodless 1986 revolution, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has declared February 24 a special non-working holiday to commemorate the phenomenal event.
