Citizens flock in front of the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) after receiving information that they will receive livelihood assistance. Some residents started to line up as early as 6pm yesterday but DSWD Officer-in-Charge Secretary Edu Punay denied that there is a scheduled release of assistance today.
