Sardine-making school

Students from Dipolog School of Fisheries in Olingan, Dipolog City demonstrate the process of putting Spanish-style sardines into a bottle. Some TESDA livelihood programs will be affected in different parts of Zamboanga due to the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resource (BFAR) Administrative Circular 255 banning fishing, catching, and processing of Sardinella or ‘Tamban’ from December 1 until March 1.
