The Department of Science and Technology signs a memorandum of agreement with various local government units in Northern Mindanao for the deployment of the multipurpose solar drying trays or Portasol. DOST Undersecretary for Regional Operations and Officer-in-Charge of DOST-10 Engr. Sancho Mabborang also met with members of the business community to tackle various issues of concerns.
