Esperanza Christina Frasco leads the groundbreaking of the first Tourist Service Center and Rest Area on Sayre Highway in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, She is accompanied by Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA) chief Mark Lapid, Bukidnon Rep.
