Commencement exercise

Senior high school graduates of the National College of Science and Technology (NCST) raise their diplomas during a face-to-face commencement exercise at the Dasmariñas Arena in Dasmariñas City, Cavite on Tuesday. The Department of Education has allowed the no-social-distancing mass gathering in areas under Alert Level 1, provided that other health and safety protocols are observed.
