Still the TIEZA Chief

Chief Operating Officer Mark Lapid will continue to lead the Tourism Infrastructure and Enterprise Zone Authority (TIEZA). Lapid took his oath of office before President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. in Malacañang on Tuesday, July 5, 2022. Accompanying Lapid was his wife Tanya and their three daughters. He was first appointed by the Duterte administration as TIEZA head in January 2021.
