The Department of Social Welfare and Development and the United Nations Children’s Fund tap Land Bank of the Philippines for the distribution of multi-purpose unconditional cash transfers in typhoon-prone communities in Catanduanes and Northern Samar under the United Nations Central Emergency Response Fund for Anticipatory Action.
