House Majority Leader and Leyte Rep. Martin Romualdez offers a solemn prayer for the soul of his Chief of Staff, Rachel Rodeles-Santiago, during the wake at Loyola Memorial Chapel and Crematorium on Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City. Rachel, who passed away Tuesday, was a caring wife, mother, daughter, friend, boss and a former Chief of Staff of Tingog Party List Rep. Yedda Marie K. Romualdez.
