Honorary blackbelts

The Philippine Taekwondo Association recently awarded Department of Information and Communications Technology Secretary Gregorio “Gringo” Honasan and Undersercretary Arnold “Ali” Atienza as Honorary 5th Dan Blackbelts. With them are (from left) PTA Marketing Head Jobet Morales, President Sun Chong Hon, and Secretary General Rocky Samson.
